How are you guys pricing AI implementation projects right now?
I’m seeing 3 models:
- Fixed scope automation build
- Retainer for optimization + iteration
- Performance-based (rare, but interesting)
Personally, I’ve moved away from “hourly AI work” because clients anchor to time, not impact.
For those doing high-ticket AI consulting:Are you pricing based on:• Revenue gain?• Cost savings?• Strategic value?• Technical complexity?
Genuinely curious what’s working in this market.
