Hi everyone, I’m Jill 👋 I lead a sales and customer service team in the UK.

I’ve been using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini mostly as an upgraded version of Google so far, but I know there’s a lot more potential to unlock.

I’m particularly interested in learning how to use AI to better support, develop, and coach my team—especially when it comes to improving performance and productivity.
