Lead reactivation voice agent (i think)

just finished building an ai voice agent that reactivates cold real estate leads

basically sarah (the ai) calls old leads from a crm, already knowing why they went cold, what they were looking for, their budget — all of it. so instead of a generic cold call she opens with actual context. feels like someone who remembers them.

she qualifies them on the call, books meetings straight into the agent's calendar if they're ready, logs everything back to the sheet, and if a lead is hot it fires a notification to the agent + a confirmation email to the lead automatically

— vapi for the voice agent

— n8n for the automation

— google sheets as the crm

— structured outputs pulling summary, urgency, interest and booking intent from every call

runs on a schedule.

dropping a vid tomorrow of me testing it — vapi number hit its limit today so that's a tomorrow problem

not to add, my issues with email domains for outreach
