- Who I am: My name is Raimie (pronounced "Ray-mee") and I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor.
- My relationship with AI: I’d say I’m currently "leveling up." I’ve moved past the beginner stage and am now actively using AI to help me navigate complex projects and streamline my daily operations.
- Where I want AI to help: I’m really focused on productivity and high-level strategy. Specifically, I love using AI to help me underwrite complex real estate portfolios—like Multi-family, RV parks and mobile home communities—and to help me draft clear, effective professional documents.
- What brought me here: I’m a big believer in community-led learning. I’m here to connect with others who are using these tools to grow their businesses and to find more efficient ways to manage my workflow so I can focus on the "big picture" stuff.
- Fun fact: I’m originally from Hawaii but have been living in Reno for a couple of years now. I’m a huge fan of catching the sunrise—there’s nothing quite like a quiet morning with a view of the lake or the mountains to get your head in the right space!
