I need some advice here from entrepreneurs
I wanted your opinion on something.
In 2025, I ran an AI agency for about 8–9 months, but eventually realized I needed to switch models.
A few reasons: I faced health issues that made long sitting difficult, my outreach was inconsistent, I kept changing my offer and target audience every couple of weeks, and my environment isn’t ideal (I live in type of household were taking sales calls or shooting content is awkward, and I don’t have a private workspace).
That made me question the service-based model itself, since it depends heavily on consistent delivery, outreach, and calls.
So I started looking into models where I can build a product once and let customers come to me — basically inbound over outbound.
Now in 2026, my plan is to focus on building digital products and selling them on Etsy, aiming to reach $1k–$3k/month profit. The goal is to use that capital to fix my environment (like renting a room), so I can properly focus on what I actually want to do long-term — growth operating, building a personal brand, and eventually scaling to $10k–$100k+.
What do you think about this approach based on your experience?
