This is a quick human brain hack that helps you change your mood or mental state in under a minute.

How to do it: Pick one sense and change it for 30–60 seconds:
- Sight: Look out a window, stare at something colorful, or change rooms.
- Sound: Turn on music, go to silence, or listen to nature sounds.
- Smell: Smell coffee, peppermint, lemon, or step outside.
- Touch: Hold something cold, squeeze a stress ball, or change your posture.
- Taste: Eat a strong mint or take a sip of ice water.
