How to work on different projects or how to use this project tool accordingly

in yesterday's homework from session 2, is says to "Download this transcript and upload to your AI to quickly search for specific moments & turn each session into a personal reference guide". I would like to know some things regarding this:

where do I upload it? I mean, I created my clone and I have been asking it just the homework bewcause I don't know if i should be asking random things to that project I created that is my clone, and knows about my journey towards what I want it to help me with which is my fat loss coahching program. Should i just drop all kinds of different things to it even though it has nothing to do with my goals of my program or do I want to create another project for other things?
when do I create another project? say, im supposed to help my husband in his hardware shop with some project management, would I put subjects related to that type of busineess in my clone created towards my coaching business or should i make anotehr project that is more "hardware store oriented"
how in general can i "search for specific moments and turn each session into a personal reference guide"? i dont know how to manage that tool
