How Can I Apply AI at My New Job?

I started my new job today. It's also a new career path for me. I've navigated from driving trucks to dispatching as a Freight Broker in the logistics industry. Basically the opposite end of trucking; however, I know AI will become a tool used very quickly on this end.

So the question I asked myself throughout the day, as I watched training videos, was how can AI help me in this job? Because I'd like to utilize AI power, but also, I want to catch the curve of AI before it comes. That way I can either help initiate it or create it in this industry.

Has anyone had the same or similar thoughts with your work; and if so do you have insights or stories you would share with us?
