Hi from Europe!

I'm Stephan, a community builder and facilitator based in Spain, and sometimes Netherlands.

My relationship with AI is probably a bit unusual for a first intro post, I've been using it as a daily thinking partner for over a year and built a personal knowledge system with AI woven into most of how I work. So not a beginner, but genuinely still figuring out the harder questions.

The area I keep coming back to is the intersection of AI and community itself, not just "how do I do more" but "how does this change the quality of connection and learning inside a group?" That's the question pulling me forward right now.

Signed up yesterday because I wanted to be around people who are serious about integrating AI into real work — not just experimenting, but actually rethinking how they operate. Curious what that looks like across different fields.

Fun fact: I do almost all my thinking out loud. I talk to AI by voice, walk around my apartment having what look like very animated one-sided conversations, and that's somehow become my most productive working mode.
