I’m Hayley — a trauma‑informed practitioner, lived‑experience leader, and the founder of Threefold Path. My life has taken me through addiction, recovery, domestic abuse, neurodiversity, grief, and the long, slow rebuild of identity and safety. I’ve been clean for twenty years, and those two decades have shaped a deep understanding of resilience, systems, and the human stories behind behaviour.

I grew up navigating instability and unrecognised learning needs, and my recovery journey began in 2004 with family rehab. It wasn’t linear — there were relapses, losses, and years of rebuilding — but it led me to Cornwall, where I found belonging, studied, healed, and began to understand the value of my lived experience.

Over the last three days, I’ve been learning with Toni and Dean through the AI Advantage, and it has lit something up in me. Their teaching has helped me see new ways to bring my voice, my story, and my work into the world with clarity, confidence, and purpose. It’s given me tools to expand what I do without losing the heart of it — the relational, human, grounded core.

Today, all of this — the recovery, the rebuilding, the learning, the systems navigation, the compassion — forms the foundation of Threefold Path Limited. I support schools, services, and communities to understand behaviour through a trauma‑informed, relational lens, creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and understood. My business exists because I know, deeply and personally, that change happens when people are met with dignity, connection, and truth.
