I wrote this in our little thread. Maybe it'll help someone else: Well.... Step 1: Feed the "Brain" Your Best Work (The Foundation)

In Real Estate, your "Gold" is how you talk to people and how you sell homes.

The Action: Take your 3 most successful emails or house descriptions. Paste them into the AI.

The Command: Tell the AI: "Look at these. This is how I speak. This is my brand. I use words like [X] and I never use words like [Y]. From now on, you are my Lead Assistant. Use this exact style for everything you write for me."

Step 2: Give it the "Google Maps" for Your Business (The Strategy)

An AI doesn't know your goals unless you tell it. You must give it a "Mission."

The Action: Tell the AI exactly who you are helping.

The Command: "Your job is to help me find first-time homebuyers in [Your City]. Your tone should be helpful, protective, and smart—like a trusted family friend who happens to be a genius at real estate."

Step 3: The "2mm" Correction (The Polish)

This is where the Mastery happens. Never take the first thing the AI gives you.

The Action: If the AI writes something that sounds like a robot, talk back to it!

The Command: "That was okay, but it’s too 'salesy.' Rewrite it so it sounds more like a warm invitation. Make it shorter and focus on the backyard, because that’s what my clients care about. Daddy Tony Robbins : "Success leaves clues!" By feeding the AI your past successes, you are giving it the "clues" to replicate your wins. Decisions lead to power—decide today that every word out of your AI will be World Class!! Stop trying to "work hard" at the technology. When you give the AI a clear mission, you are stepping into the "Vortex" of efficiency. If it feels hard, you’re doing it wrong. Relax, be clear, and let the tool do the heavy lifting. Use the AI to protect your time. Let it handle the boring paperwork so you can be the "Industry Leader" who closes the deals. Don't play with the tool; lead the tool. You are the boss, the AI is the worker. Treat it like a genius 5th grader—be very specific, keep it simple, and tell it exactly what 'winning' looks like!
