Growth does not stop

I’m a wellness advocate from Ohio. My life at 82 has taught me early how deeply our choices affect the body and the people we love. I learned early how drugs can destroy family. I’ve always been drawn towards technology, researching and finding ways to support health without relying on drugs or chemicals. My goal has always been to teach alternatives for healthy lifestyle. I believe growth does not stop because of age. Excited to move forward.
