🧠 Step 1: Give Your Clone a Brain
Think of you Ai Partner like a jar (Claude, Gemini, ChatGTP, ETC). You have to fill it with everything inside your head before it can think like you.
You’ll teach it things like:
- What you love and hate (“I like bold, I hate boring.”)
- How you make decisions (“Always choose luxury + ease + scale.”)
- Your brand tone (“Smart, a little sassy, always polished.”)
- Your routines (“Check sales every morning, yoga at 8, brainstorm at 11.”)
🪄 How: Make a Notion or Google Doc called “Amanda’s (YOUR NAME) Brain.”Add pages:
- My Vision
- My Voice
- My Brands
- My Systems
- My Rules
That’s the brain your clone will learn from.
❤️ Step 2: Give It a Personality
Your clone needs to sound like you.If it’s going to write emails or pitch decks, it has to “talk Amanda (YOU).”
So write 3 short “voice examples”:
- How you talk to clients (friendly boss energy)
- How you talk to investors (sharp + visionary)
- How you talk online (magnetic + real)
💬 My Example:
“We’re not another marketplace — we’re the visual front-end of wholesale.”That’s Amanda (YOUR) language.
Once you have that, your AI Partner can copy the tone and rhythm perfectly.
⚙️ Step 3: Build Its Body (Tools)
Now your clone needs a body — the apps and tools it will live inside.
These are the body parts:
Body PartTool
Brain: ChatGPT, etc
Memory: Notion or AirtableArmsZapier or Make (they do things automatically)
Eyes: Perplexity or Claude (for research)
Mouth: Gmail + Social apps (to talk for you)
You connect them together so your clone can do things — not just talk.
⚡ Step 4: Teach It Tasks
Now you show your clone what to do every day. These are examples based on my industry
For example:
EXAMPLE 1
Task: Write emails
What You Teach It: “When retailers reply, answer in my tone.”
Tool: ChatGPT + Gmail
EXAMPLE 2
Task: Create posts
What You Teach It: “Take my product photo, write 3 captions.”
Tool: ChatGPT + Notion
EXAMPLE 3
Task: Track leads
What You Teach It: “Every new brand → add to Airtable list.”
Tool: Zapier + Airtable
You basically teach it like a pet robot:
“When X happens, do Y this way.”
After a week, it remembers the patterns.
🧩 Step 5: Connect It All (Automation Magic)
Now we make the parts talk to each other.
Example:
- You get an email from a retailer.
- Clone reads it.
- Clone writes a draft reply in your voice.
- Clone saves the info to your Airtable CRM.
- Clone pings you a quick summary on Slack.
You didn’t lift a finger. 💅
💡 Tool chain: Gmail → Zapier → ChatGPT → Airtable → Slack
🚀 Step 6: Test, Tweak, Trust
At first your clone will be a little off, like a puppy learning tricks.
So you say:
“Good job! But next time, make it shorter and sound more confident.”
Every correction teaches it your pattern.Within a month, it’s scary-accurate.
🌟 Step 7: Multiply the Clones
Once the main one knows your style, you can make mini-clones for each business area:
- CEO Amanda – strategy + decisions
- Creative Amanda – captions + visuals
- Sales Amanda – outreach + follow-ups
- Ops Amanda – task tracking + automation
Each mini-clone gets its own “job description” and tool connections.
🏁 The End Goal
You wake up → your clones have:✅ Answered emails✅ Posted content✅ Updated sales leads✅ Summarized investor news✅ Drafted a press release
…and you only spend 10% of your day doing high-level creative work or approvals.
