came across this video where the guy built a telegram bot that turns product photos into UGC video ads. you send a photo, pick a style (B-roll, with people, cinematic, custom), and it spits out a finished video ad in minutes
the build is n8n + GPT-4o mini + NanoBanana + Sora 2. cost per video is under $1. UGC creators charge $200-2000 for the same output
