I created EGG to prompt me to do my daily 10 Minute Ritual of breath work. One thing I think we should remember is how to be human! No matter what you do with AI ground it in humanity.

This subject of AI and humanity is something I've been contemplating since before I joined AIA. My younger brother is a self-employed handyman. Who told me that clients were shocked and glad that he showed up in person to do estimates for jobs. AI has detached, isolated and made certain industries "artificial".Just remember you're the real diamond! Human experience shouldn't be forgotten in your creations.
