Day 1 — what actually landed for me.

I came in already using AI daily in my business. So I wasn't here for the basics.

What I didn't expect was Tony's reminder: "You are the secret sauce, not the AI." That hit differently when you work in a field where the human eye, the human presence, the human instinct is literally the product.

Igor's 3 levels of fluency gave me a clear map of where I already am — and where the real leverage is waiting.

Dean's 4 Levers framework? That's the structure I was missing to explain what I'm already building — I just didn't have the language for it until tonight.
