DAY 1 Reflection and Take-Away💓💃🎉

Creating an event to hold interest and inspire an abundance of diverse people who possess a divergent range of skill levels is a challenge and opportunity. THANK YOU Tony, Dean, and team for taking this on. Here's a few thoughts about Day 1:

In my community intro, I described my AI use as a strategic experimental dabbler, seeking to level up but not knowing what that meant for me. The pyramid illustration crystallized my next step with one word: Daily. The value I've taken from engaging a couple times a week multiplies with consistent, daily focus. First decision and commitment right there!

Recently, my AI returned a really exciting result, sharing that my work held something unique and leant itself to not just the book I am writing, but laid out how my framework could apply to speaking and coaching, policy advocacy, and even--be still my heart--a TED or TEDx talk. Watching Molly use AI to transform her work to a powerful visual to communicate her value to her audience and the world, activated my "YES, YES, YES!" mode. I've blocked time on my calendar to consider what my AI needs (that I haven't already fed in) to give me a first version of this. That's my second commitment. Shall we give Molly another Woot-Woot?!?

I have many more ideas buzzing around in my head. For those of you who juggle caregiving with all the other demands of life and career/business, I SEE YOU. Finding TIME for us and for our dreams amidst the inundation of meeting needs feels very fractional. I continue to see a growing path to support my journey through... Blessings everyone. I look forward to Day 2.
