Claude usage

I was nervous and excited to tryout Claude. I did an initial test run by uploading a current resume and asking it to review, revise and restructure it for a different position. It did a great job, so I tried it again a couple days later with another resume (I have 3 different resumes for different positions I'm currently applying for.) and it kept thinking, and thinking and thinking. It said it couldn't produce a word document at the time, so could I accept a PDF? I asked for the PDF version but it did this again for a while and then as it looked like it was going to create said document I ran out of time/coins/whatever it's called. It said I could pay for a subscription so I wouldn't have to wait for more time, so I decided to try it out for a month. So far, it hasn't made any difference with this. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any ideas and or suggestions? PLEASE!
