Cautiousness required or overrated?

I am so grateful for this AI summit and the amount of work you are doing to make us all part of the new world where AI and humans will join forces for a better world. Some nagging voice at the back of my heads keeps cautioning me though from going from level 2 to level 3. It keeps telling me that this might turn into problems we cannot yet see, like the problems that social media brought along and we are now trying to keep our kids from their potentially destructive side effects. What are your thoughts? Should we throw caution to the wind? Are there ways to embrace the new while staying alert for negative feedback?
