Hey everyone, just had a thought I wanted to throw out there...

Anyone else ever feel like they're constantly busy, but it's not even them being slow, it's just... the way things are set up? Like, if your whole business relies on you doing every single step, that's not really a business, right? You are the business. And that gets tiring fast.

Eventually, stuff needs to happen without you having to push every button, otherwise 'growth' just means 'more work' and who wants that, honestly?

So, what's that one thing in your work that still feels totally stuck on you? And how are you even thinking about getting it to run on its own?
