• Can it summarize sales calls?
• Can it analyze churn?
• Can it automate onboarding?• Can it predict LTV?
I’ve started implementing a strict:
IN-SCOPE / OUT-OF-SCOPE document before kickoff.
It’s reduced chaos massively.
