GUYS! AI will most likely further amplify this but, for now, it really hit me when Dean went over goals and Arthur went over quality of life. He asked us what might stop us. My ideas are never-ending mini-universes because of ADHD and it can get me off task. I am a highly drive, competitive person and these things together often lead to being overwhelmed, having information overload, and burn out. So what I did today was set a 10 minute timer (because AI told us to start small) and I went back and forth between two tasks, using AI for the business task. I got done in 2 hours what was causing so much overwhelm in about 45 minutes. I got content without being overwhelmed. I took the overthinking and distraction out and I am better for it. AI win for the left brain. It left me time to win for the right brain too. I asked AI for phrases that would help my boyfriend's daughter's day go better(I put in what she struggled with and asked for encouraging phrases) - I cut them up and put them all over her room and I had time to cook a nice lunch before a. kiddo's game. Better business owner, better nutrition, better girlfriend, better kind of-bonus-mama. For once, I don't feel like a failure for having to choose between business and relationships because I have both. Small win but some of you know how big it is <3
