My daughter is 11 and the last 3 or even 4 weeks she can not get into sleep... When she sleeps it"s all good. But it's the falling insleep... She does not watch TV or phone before bed. She reads, we don't eat late, her room is not full of distractions, we did for a while visualisations for kids but it doesn't work anymore.. she goes to bed around 20:30. We go to bed around 22. She is always awake... I don't know what to do to help her.. She gets frustrated, Which I understand! She tells us she doesn't't really have any thoughts but at the same time it's a tornado... Does anybody have any tips! We used cbd oil before bed but I don't think it works for her... :( (we tried it for 2 months now) Thanks everybody ❤️❤️❤️
