WEEKEND CHALLENGE: FIND YOUR FREEDOM THROUGH PLAY 🎭
Okay, I've just brought the Jaws music in the Green Room, but there is a purpose!
Your weekend challenge is to do something silly, playful and completely unnecessary.
Viola Spolin, one of the great pioneers of actor training and the originator of Theatre Games, believed that acting grows naturally from play. Play reconnects us with spontaneity, imagination and instinct, all essential tools for an actor.
So give your inner critic the weekend off, find that fearless child within you and have some fun.
And if you find a moment, share with us!
