I feel lethargic after consuming lunch and feel like sleeping Basically i have rice(which is the majority of my plate) + any type of protien + veggies sometimes
Smelling bad is definitely one of my biggest fears hahah but I know that using colognes can be very bad since they are endocrine disruptors. I don’t know what else can I use to smell good you know. So if anyone got advice on how to smell good without cologne let me know
