This helps everyone get to know you and keeps you accountable from day one. 2. Take Your Before Photos No, you don't have to upload them. Take new progress pics every week on the same day. Not only will this give you motivation, but the feeling of looking back on your old self when you've transformed is indescribable. 3. Start the Video Modules Go to the Classroom and watch the first few videos. - They’ll give you the basics so you’re not guessing what to do next. - Don’t try to watch everything today. Just start. - More modules coming soon.. 4. Pick One Habit to Commit To Choose ONE of these for the next 7 days: ‱ Walk 10k steps ‱ No phone for the first hour of your morning ‱ Animal-based meals only ‱ Walk after every meal ‱ Sleep before 11 Post your commitment inside the Accountability log. That’s it. Keep it simple. Do these steps and you’ll build momentum fast. Start with Step 1 right now. Go introduce yourself.

Drop your name, age, your main goal here, and one habit you want to start today. Everybody in this community is on a path to self-improvement. Whether that be clear skin, developing foundational habits that improve every aspect of your life, gaining unbreakable confidence, obtaining a physique you're proud of, and so on. Need advice
I feel lethargic after consuming lunch and feel like sleeping Basically i have rice(which is the majority of my plate) + any type of protien + veggies sometimes

The Real Way Confidence Is Earned
Everybody instantly wants more confidence. What most don’t realize is that confidence CANNOT come instantly. Confidence is not built through proving yourself to others. Confidence is built through proving to yourself that you deserve your goals. That you deserve a presence because you built it. That when you walk into a room people subconsciously turn their heads to you. To turn yourself into someone you would’ve looked up to before. It all starts with the man in the mirror. Your negative self beliefs radiate off you which is clear to others. So, start building. Set one goal for the next 90 days. Set an alert on your calendar to look back and to write about how you’ve grown over those 90 days. If you fail? Good. You have the opportunity to learn from it and keep going, keep building. If you succeed? Good. You now know what you’re capable of when you commit and hold yourself accountable for an extended period of time. Hope will arise. Giving your more motivation and confidence for your next venture. If you read the entire message, congratulations. I've unlocked the 'Clear Skin Naturally' module in the classroom.

Smelling bad is definitely one of my biggest fears hahah but I know that using colognes can be very bad since they are endocrine disruptors. I don’t know what else can I use to smell good you know. So if anyone got advice on how to smell good without cologne let me know
