I used to send 10 outreaches a day and track the progress and follow up on a spreadsheet,

But now I'm doing 5 very personalized outreaches a day via email, and it's taking about 6 hours,

There's a lot of time spent on finding their email and specialization.

Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong? Because these 5 outreaches feel like hell to complete.

What's the outreach you guys normally send to be able to do 10 a day or more?
And should I be focusing only on doing outreaches every day till I land a client, or should I do something else?
