For YEARS I've used Tailwind and Nuun. I have recommended these products more than I can count, and always had people give positive feedback. For some reason I got it in my head that it was time to try something new. I made a BIG mistake. I went to the Feed and spent an embarrassing amount of money on gels. I did a lot of research before choosing a brand, but best practice would be to make sure it works for you before investing. They didn't! They gave me 48 hours of stomach pain! I now have piles of this brand of gel sitting here. I think I was smart to try something new, but dang. Rookie mistake. Ask questions any time and help avoid rookie mistakes. Know that when you make one (and you will) you aren't the only one!
