Happy Sunday Team!
Thank you for joining this group! I am pumped to begin this exciting journey with you all. I will need the Accountability just as much as you all will :). I understand that the holiday season is upon us, and we can become easily distracted from our goals. N:OW is a great time to BE present, reflect, and then plan so we can take Action.
If you are new to the group, or unsure of what the purpose of this group is, do not fear for The Fittest Shaman is #HERE! Our goals are quite simple.
1) To gather a group of like-minded individuals who are courageous, curious, connected, and committed to integrate Wholistic practices into their lifestyle.
2) Create accountability by interacting within the group, and practicing weekly assignments #NoCricketLifestyle
3) Provide services such as monthly Integration zoom meetings and upcoming dates for medicine retreat experience, Infinity classes, & group activities.

For our weekly assignment, I want you to reflect and COMMENT you are needing integration to BALANCE your Wholebeing lifestyle. Let's begin with our basic 4 pillars:
*Physical Development: Movement is Medicine. Your practice should not be intense everyday. A balance of low-medium-high intensity is important for biological and nervous system health. Examples include:
- High Intensity (1-3x week): CrossFit based conditioning, Sprinting/Ergonomic intervals (work/rest)
- Strength Development (1-3x week): Resistance is needed for muscular/skeletal health
- Yoga/Longevity Based Movement (1-3x week): Improvement for joint ROM and stability
- Walking/Zone 2/General Physical Activity (as needed): Ideally 20-40 minutes of consistent blood flow
- Sport/Play: Express your movement with VARIENCE!
*Mental Development: Cognitive approaches that improve thought processes. There is much more variance here depending on your unique needs. Examples include:
- Journaling: Expressing your though patterns on paper
- Mindfulness: The practice of being Aware of your thought patterns and behaviors
- Affirmations/Mantras/Gratitude: Repeated & Positive self talk
Emotional: Your ability to open yourself to connection with self, others, and all life. Examples include:
- Letting go of judgement in all forms
- Saying "I Love You" to self, friend/family, and nature (plants/animals)
- Hug your friends and family for 20 seconds
- Listening more, reacting less
Spiritual: Expanding SELF purpose, passion and excitement. Examples include:
- Being in the moment during your work/lifestyle
- Devotion practices to your higher self (soul), source (G.O.D), and the UNIverse (oneness)
- Finding curiosity towards new endeavors/opportunities
- Following synchronicities
