I watched a video on a study that was done recently that I thought was pretty cool and would share with you all.
So they done a study on cognitive performance in relation to university students who have started going to a gym regularly. Not surprisingly they seen an increase I'm general learning, problem solving etc all round abilities.
But what I found interesting was when tested during the time that the student would usually be in the gym they seen an even further increase.
So it's like our body clock gets used to between the hours of X and Y we are going to exert ourself and switches on.
So of you're studying or need to get a large workload done schedule it for around the time of day you woukd usually be in the gym.
