Wat ringing

Hello everyone, since 2 months now I have ringin in my ears both ears. It never stops, its always there. Its not a bother in life. When I was younger I sometimes heard a high pitch sound in one of my ears but that was just 1 mono Tone sound. (I hope I can explain this from Dutch to English) since 2 months now i keep hearing white snow from the old televisions with the big behinds… 🫣 even if the high pitch comes in one of the ears, it only makes the volume harder in that ear and later goes back down. But the constant ringing stays.. and i use the ringing to listen too when i need to clear my head and be in the present…

Does anyone have similar experiences? Or same?

Could anyone explain what this is? Thank you 🙏🏻
