LIVE WEBINAR 16 April @ 7PM - Rob's Story
An opportunity to hear first hand the incredible journey that Rob has made with Team TC. Details here: https://hknsasxjncc.typeform.com/to/obwP3vjz? "I just want to be better." Six words that changed his life!! That is how Rob's story began. And tomorrow, he is telling all of it. Live. Two years ago, Rob was working from home, barely moving between calls. No real training. No structure. No focus on what he was eating or how he was sleeping. A walk in the hills left him out of breath and frustrated. He didn't have an athletic background. He didn't have a grand plan. He just knew he was done staying where he was. So he reached out. And he got to work. 25 months later… 3km became 10km. 10km became a half marathon. Then Hyrox. Then Ironman 70.3. Then ultramarathons. Then, two weeks ago, he stepped into a boxing ring 🥊 But here is what people don't see on the finish line photos… Rob moved his family to Malta. His business is in the best place it has ever been. He told me that without the coaching, the structure, and the accountability, none of it would have happened. The medals were never the point. The life behind them was. Tomorrow evening, Rob is sitting down with me to share the full, unfiltered story: 🔹 Where he really was and what it took to admit it 🔹 The first steps that actually made a difference 🔹 Building habits when motivation wasn't there 🔹 The mental shift that changed everything 🔹 What coaching and community really look like in practice 🔹 Practical advice for anyone standing at the start line 🔹 Live Q&A - ask him anything 3km to 123km in 25 Months Discipline, Purpose & Progress 📅 Tomorrow - Thursday 16 April 🕖 7:00 PM (BST) 🔗 To get details, click here: https://hknsasxjncc.typeform.com/to/obwP3vjz? This is free. It is honest. And if you have ever caught yourself thinking those same six words… Rob's story might be exactly what you need to hear.

LIVE WEBINAR 16 April @ 7PM - Rob's Story
"It's life changing, that's not corny, it really is!"
Reminder: Doors close for February intake on 15 Feb (This Sunday) Rosie is a mother to Henry, who lives with Dravet Syndrome. She's a wife. A full-time coach herself. And now? She's also someone who completed 2 Hyrox Pairs, 3 Hyrox Solo events, and the Bournemouth Half Marathon in 2025 alone. When she joined in November 2024, she'd lost her spark. She knew what to do, but couldn't inspire herself to do it. She needed someone to look out for her. To push her. To help her make the time when excuses felt easier. 2025 changed everything. Not just her fitness (though she can push herself harder than ever before). But her confidence. Her identity. Her connection to a community that genuinely cares. And she's not stopping. 2026 has her sights on another half marathon and a Back-Yard Ultra, stretching herself like never before. This is what happens when structure, accountability, and community meet someone ready to invest in themselves. It's life-changing. And it's not corny. It's real. Rosie has become a huge inspiration to our Team TC community. If you're sitting on the fence, wondering if coaching is worth it, her story is your answer. If you want to chat about how you could live out this journey, just like Rosie, remember the doors close for this month on Sunday. You will then have to wait until March to jump on board.
🇦🇺☀️🌊
Hi everyone, I’m Jodie 👋🏼 Originally from the UK but living in Australia for the past 9 years- swapped grey skies for ocean swims and beach mornings (sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️) I’m a 38 year old mum of two boys (14 and 11) and started triathlon from zero fitness at 37 years old (I know I’m a little late to the party right?!) What began as a way to challenge myself has turned into something much bigger -rebuilding confidence, discipline, and showing my boys what stepping outside your comfort zone looks like. I’ve followed TC for a while now and I love his emphasis on long term development over quick fixes approach. His focus on fundamentals, consistency, and doing the simple things well has me hooked!! (oh- and the country music!!!!!) I’m currently training for my 2nd Half Marathon and joined this community because I want structure, accountability, and to surround myself with people who want to get better -not just talk about it. Excited to learn all about everyone and be part of it.
Doors Closing this Weekend (15 Feb) for February Intake.
You may have seen on the socials that I am now limiting the number of people that I am taking on per month. This is to keep the level of personal support that I can offer high, and get every athlete (even if you don't think of yourself as an athlete... YET) the journey they deserve, and the result they came for. Doors close on Sunday 15 Feb for this month, and if you are not in, you will go onto a waiting list until the March intake rolls around. You only have to follow my socials to see how the team are crushing it, and more importantly, how good they feel, but here are a few snapshot messages from the past few days alone. So, if you want in, ACT NOW and submit your application... or even if you just want to learn more, just click on the link. https://bit.ly/ProjectLegacyBlueprint

New Community Members Joining 🤠
Team, currently this community is made up of mostly Coached Team TC Athletes, however, I have changed some things and now will be welcoming in those who want to move their health and fitness in the right direction, but may not be ready for coaching just now. As coached athletes, clearly you have access to the full suite of resources up front, and as you work your way through the 4 Phases of the Legacy Playbook. As they arrive and if they make introductions, it would be great to engage and make everyone feel welcome and at home... we are all here to better ourselves right!?
