As you may already know im away from this Thursday 2nd July to the 11th Saturday. So the next check in will be done via WhatsApp explained below.

5. What is your weekly step target? What was your weekly step total this week?
7. What was your last weeks body weight and circumference measurements and what are they now on your check in day?
