ONLINE CLIENTS and PT client reminder. As you may already know im away from this Thursday 2nd July to the 11th Saturday. So the next check in will be done via WhatsApp explained below. The "more is better" trap.
More sets don’t automatically mean more growth. At some point, you’re no longer creating a better stimulus… you’re just creating more fatigue, more damage and more recovery demand. Train hard.
