Nov 1st: Started 75 Hard.
Jan 14th: Completed 75hard
Jan 30th: Finished HYROX.
Jan 31st: Completed 31 day January Challenge
Today: Starting the lean bulk.
Moving from 2,200 to 3,200 calories to put on size. Using the 1st Phorm app to stay on top of my macros and make sure this new weight is all lean muscle.
I am still hitting my Greens, Reds, Creatine (and that hydration stick!) to manage the recovery from those extra 1,000 calories. My digestion and kidneys will thank me for the extra support while Im in this growth phase.
