Hello, I’ve been sick for the past week. I feel like I’ve lost progress in my weight gain journey. Before I was sick I weighted 180 LB now I’m back down to 175 LB.
During that time I still worked at my job that requires me to walk quite a bit. I still tried to hit my step goals & water intake to help my recovery.
After my sickness, when I stepped on the scale and saw I dropped 5 pounds I felt defeated. All my work I’ve put in just washed away in a week.
I used to be 315 LB and dropped down to 175 LB and along that journey there were stalemate when my body would plateau and I had to fight through it.
I understand that everybody’s body is different and we’re all fighting our own little things in the world.
My advice for you all is if you’re feeling defeated. Pray ask for strength and motivation. Find something/someone that motivates you. Ask for advice. We’re all in this TOGETHER!!!
