For February, we are breaking the month into four 7-day sprints to keep the momentum high and the focus sharp. Week 1 (Feb 1–7): The Mobility Reset We’re starting with the foundation. For the first seven days, the goal is: 20 Minutes of Focused Stretching. No excuses. Whether it’s first thing in the morning or after your shift, get those muscles loose. Why?
