​We aren’t slowing down. For February, we are breaking the month into four 7-day sprints to maintain high momentum and keep our focus sharp.
​Week 1 (Feb 1–7): The Mobility Reset
We’re starting with the foundation. For the 1st seven days, the goal is:
​20 Minutes of Focused Stretching.
​No excuses. Whether it’s the first thing in the morning or after your shift, get those muscles loose.
​Why? Better recovery, fewer injuries, and better performance for the weeks to follow.
