So one thing I always use to wonder was how could I drink down a 32 oz large diet coke or in my heavier days regular orange soda like it was absolutely nothing but then water seemed so difficult
So quick hack - every 2 or 3 days go buy a sugar free or low calorie drink from your favorite food joint.
Once that drink is gone, keep replacing the ice and use flavored water or plain and in no time I bet you drink more thinking its a drink from your favorite food joint than youve ever had before
Just make sure to wash the cup amd actuslly replace it every few days
