What works for you? Pt1
there's much to learn about how to get to a leadership role from the bottom, while doing your day job. Here's what has worked for me: 1. Having a manager that believes in me 2. having an internal business mentor, an external business mentor & a cultural mentor 3. Remembering to switch off the corporate hat 4. find a role/PD you want in the near future, work on what development programmes you can do to gain the tick a box process ie: governance, mentoring/coaching, budgeting/forecasting etc Share your 'what works for you - and go lol
