Hi Ryan, I have actually learned a few things from following you. Strategies, such as, how to hire my 11 year-old child to work in the day-to-day operations/management of the LTRs we have. I listened to your podcast on this followed and implemented it. Also, once I stopped working I listened to your podcast on RE Pro and it just prompted me to investigate it in more depth so that I can focus on getting it implemented. Another strategy, how to use cost segregation and bonus depreciation especially in a high tax bracket to reduce tax liability. Do you have a podcast on how to buy your first STR? Are they still profitable? I want to send it to my daughter. Thank you.

Hi Ryan, happy to be a part of this community. You have given me new insights in taxes and how they can work to benefit us. Your information on the "Lazy 1031" opened my eyes to another dimension for saving on taxes and not tying up your funds forever. We are using that fully this year to help off-set a 100% gain on a building sale earlier this year. Thank you!!

You mentioned tonight on the zoom call and on the intro video about the paid tax strategy services. We still haven’t gotten our 2024 taxes filed, so I believe we need more “paid help” to jump start our efforts. Can I set up time to investigate the TS 365 opportunities?
