Lender Connections
Hello everyone! I am going down the path of doing a small business acquisition and I am looking for financing options that are not SBA loans in the $3M-10M range. If you know of any lenders who lend in this space, I would love a referral! Thank you in advance!

How to pick a cost seg company
Hey everyone, I am looking to do a cost seg study for my 2025 tax filings and have had conversations with 3 companies: Seneca Cost Segregation, R.E Cost Seg and Remote Cost Seg. Does anyone have experience with any of these companies and/or is there any other ones I should check out before making my decision. Looking to make a decision in the next week or so to ensure my report comes back in time for an April 15th filing
Happy Friday!!
First, I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan and his team for this amazing platform! I've been working through the content - recordings, community calls, templates, etc. SO much fantastic information and so organized! I love it❤️ I was hoping to join some of the calls today but I'm not sure if the Tax Strategy 365 Weekly Q&A calls are included in the "Light" agreement? The weekly Q&A and the Deal Calls appear to be locked on my end. If someone could clarify that for me and also briefly describe the difference between the coffee chat, weekly Q&A and the tax return client zooms, I would greatly appreciate it😊 As a newbie, I do have plenty of questions - but I also love to sit back and learn from everyone else. I always seem to learn at least one thing that I didn't know - I didn't know😉 TIA and have a wonderful weekend!!
R.E Cost Seg Referral Link
Hello! I just finished my intro call with R.E. Cost Seg, and they mentioned a 10% discount if I use a referral link. Has anyone here worked with them before and has a link that I can use? Thank you!
Tracking Usage-Based Business Expense Deductions
For items like a laptop ($1000-1500) I'm reading that you have to track your usage and you can deduct the amount of usage as a business expense like if you spent 70% of your time on business activities and 30% personal then you can deduct the business portion based on usage. Is this accurate or does that only matter if the item is above a certain dollar threshold?
