STR Can't be transferred to LLC for 1 year
We purchased a STR at the end of 2025 in my wife and my name and then wanted to transfer it to a SMLLC. Our mortgage company said we could not do the transfer for 1 year. Question is can we still use the SMLLC tax info and bank account to run the rental through or do we have to have all of that in our personal names since the cabin is not in the LLC?
