My first post.

Hey Ryan, thanks for allowing me in the group. I’ve listened to several podcast and YouTube videos but you summed up the LLC process better than anyone else. I currently have a subto property with two rentals that I bought from my son. I also have another rental I am currently working on to make it an STR. I’ve had the analysis paralysis on the STR but will soon need to put it to work. At least now I can set up the LLC as you laid out. I really need to learn more on the tax stuff for the properties to be sure I am not leaving any money on the table. At the end of the day, I enjoy anything to do with investing and look forward to creating financial freedom for my family.
