Land Value for STR

Hello Ryan, thank you for the information on STR. I went ahead and downloaded the calculator.

I do have a question about what you said about owning a townhome or a condo. I currently own two townhomes that are fee simple meaning we are not part of an association, One was placed in service as a STR in 23 and the other will be placed in service in 26. I own everything so with that does that mean I do own the land and how does that calculate in? Thank you
