There was a time I questioned if this would even work. Slow days. No consistent sales. Testing. Learning. Adjusting. But I stayed consistent. I kept improving instead of quitting. And last week, I generated over $9,000 in sales from my online store. This isn’t hype. It’s what happens when you stay in the game long enough. Proof That Consistency Pays Off 🔥
Snacking (the good kind!) 🥳
Who doesn't like to grab a snack from time to time? Quick, easy, satisfying. But those snacks can add up and sabotage your progress. What if there was a good kind of snack? Well there is. Exercise snacks. And they can go a long way! It can be nice to set aside an hour to go to the gym or to do some other activity, But that can also be hard to squeeze in for a lot of people. There are only so many hours in a day (as far as we know, lol). Exercise snacks let you work in some movement throughout the day. A few minutes at a time. You can also call this "microdosing". After sitting for awhile... Do a few jumping jacks, wall sits, push ups, anything really. Pace around, walk around the block or your building. Something that doesn't even really feel like much. But over the course of a day... These things can really add up! Without you having to "add" another thing (like going to the gym) to your already full day. These can also be great to shift your perspective... To overcome roadblocks / hurdles. Similar to "walk away, take a deep breath"... Because that is exactly what you're doing! So grab a snack! 💪😎 Are you snacking today? 🤷‍♂️

Who actually likes going to Walmart? I do my best to avoid it for as long as I can, lol. But I had to do it. SO... To make it a little more worthwhile... I threw on my weight vest for What.The.Ruck⁉️ (Walmart Edition) 🎒🥷 2 for 1 Special‼️ Pushing the cart can also be a great workout. What other ways can you turn a negative into a positive? 🤔 That's Tai Chi! Finding harmony and balance.☯️🙏

Today I got my 🔥 back! The emoji isn't really important... I know I'm here doing the thing regardless... But it's nice to hit a milestone! And have a little something to show for it. It may be small... But it represents... Dedication... Commitment... Showing up day after day. That same mindset can be carried outside into the rest of the day.🌞 Where can I find little milestones to help keep me on track?😎 What do I do to keep going when I hit a bump in the road and lose my 🔥?

THE Day IS Today 🌞 (to write your own story✍️)
We all have things that we're doing... Whether it be Tai Chi practice or other exercise... Learning a new skill or just in general... Business or work... Better eating habits or just healthier habits overall... Missions and goals. Daily consistency is how we get where we're going. The day is always today... So today is always the day! We have to keep ourselves accountable... But this is something most of us struggle with from time to time. It can help to have support. Other people can't do it for us... But they can inspire us... Help keep us motivated... Keep us honest... Which can lead to discipline. We can inspire them. Saying something out loud can speak it into existence... It can be the turning point between "talk the talk" and "walk the walk". Ultimately, most of the battles happen within... But that doesn't mean having a battle buddy can't make a big difference. So what are these things for you? What is the easiest step that you can take? What is the most important or productive? What is the first actionable step that you can take today? A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The first step... One foot in front of the other... Don't look at the summit... Look at your boots. Momentum builds... Then incremental becomes exponential... And as you level up... Breakthrough the barriers of self limiting beliefs... What was once your glass ceiling... Becomes your floor. And suddenly... What once seemed out of reach... Impossible even... Becomes your normal. Just another day. The day is always today. Today is always the day. TLDR: The new category, "THE Day IS Today 🌞", is a place where everyone can share what they're doing TODAY. Use it as a journal, a training log, a guide, an accountability support circle, or whatever helps you on your journey through the day. Wins, struggles, questions, advice, whatever. Physical practices, mental strategies. The latest thing you've learned or discovered. A new habit you've adopted.
