The Hierarchy of Different Variables to Take into Account When Designing a Program for Strength or Hypertrophy -2.
ADHERENCE:
Strength training is a journey which must be continued consistently for a long time to produce meaningful results.
Before losing yourself in the building blocks of making a solid training plan, I want to remind you of something more fundamental to your success—it doesn’t matter how good your programming is if you cannot stick to it.
What may be technically more optimal on paper is entirely irrelevant if you don’t do it.
So let go of it. Work on making the best training plan you can within the confines of what you can adhere to.
This chapter focuses on the principles that make a training plan one you are able to
maintain consistently over time.
