Who doesn't like to grab a snack from time to time?
Quick, easy, satisfying.
But those snacks can add up and sabotage your progress.
What if there was a good kind of snack?
Well there is.
Exercise snacks.
And they can go a long way!
It can be nice to set aside an hour to go to the gym or to do some other activity,
But that can also be hard to squeeze in for a lot of people.
There are only so many hours in a day (as far as we know, lol).
Exercise snacks let you work in some movement throughout the day.
A few minutes at a time.
You can also call this "microdosing".
After sitting for awhile...
Do a few jumping jacks, wall sits, push ups, anything really.
Pace around, walk around the block or your building.
Something that doesn't even really feel like much.
But over the course of a day...
These things can really add up!
Without you having to "add" another thing (like going to the gym) to your already full day.
These can also be great to shift your perspective...
To overcome roadblocks / hurdles.
Similar to "walk away, take a deep breath"...
Because that is exactly what you're doing!
