What's the difference? 🤔
We often develop bad habits.
Good habits can be life changing.
But we usually think of habits as something we "have" to do.
Good habits we have to develop and implement.
Bad habits we have to force ourselves to break.
We think of hobbies as things we do for fun.
Things we like to do.
What if we could look at good habits as "hobbies" instead?
Is it easier to take up a new hobby?
Or to develop/implement new habits?
What do you think?
Is one thing "better" than the other?
Easier or harder?
This came to mind from this POST by and conversations with What are some habits that you think are crucial or life changing?
Good or bad?
And what are your strategies for them?
