I'm doing an intensive Qigong/Tai Chi summit this weekend.
2 days. 10am - 5pm.
I've done these before and they can be pretty intense.
Which seems a little strange since Qigong/Tai Chi is typically calm and relaxed.
It is of course that, but there is a lot going on inside.
All that said, for most people, something a little more "bite sized" is usually better than trying to go for hours at a time.
As little as a few minutes a day, consistently, can go a long way and have a HUGE IMPACT.
SO...
Do you Qigong /Tai Chi?
The CLOUD HANDS course w/ Paul Cavel is a great place to start. (same instructor I'm learning from this weekend)
One simple movement, repeated, allowing you time to digest and let it sink in.
ENJOY. 🙏
